The initiation (2 days) to Cruising Sailing course allows you to acquire the basic skills needed to perform the most common maneuvers as a crew member.

You will develop your seamanship skills as a crew member in a relaxed, safe environment, at your own pace.
Program includes: knot tying, tacking, gybing, docking, departures, and more — your first steps into sailing.
Be ready—our instructors will get you hooked!
These sessions take place on Lake Saint-Louis, an exceptional location for learning to sail: navigation aids, shallow areas, narrow channels between islands, and plenty of learning opportunities in a safe environment.
This Introduction to Sailing course lasts 2 days, and you can select the days of your choice based on your availability. Departures take place from the public dock in Pointe-Claire.
Rates:
$199/day + taxes (weekdays)
$219/day + taxes (weekends)
You must book 2 days.
To reserve, click on the BOOK NOW button, choose Cruising Sail Training, and select 2 dates of your choice. The days do not need to be consecutive. Proceed to checkout—you will receive a confirmation of your purchase. It’s that simple!
It is possible to change your dates by sending a written request (cj@voilecapitainejack.net) at least 10 days in advance. Otherwise, refunds will not be possible.
